The school uses the 4 main examining boards in England and Wales for both GCSE and A Level. The boards are chosen with due regard to the nature of the curriculum offered and the availability of Welsh Medium papers.
A Level/GCSE examinations begin on Monday, 17th May, 2010 and end on Wednesday, 30th June 2010.

Please note: If a student is not doing an exam, they should be in the Mop Up Lesson (MUL) classrooms on the cover sheet with the designated member of staff.
Sports hall is unavailable Tuesday 22/6 (PM) and Friday 25/6 (AM)
Register in Form Room and Period 1 in lessons revising. All students are to have break at the times indicated, and report to the Sports Hall at the end of break/ lunchtime. They are then to revise in the sports hall until the start of their exam.
All exams are taken in the Sports Hall except for those with special arrangements
who will be with Learning Support. Extra Time students will have the option of time being added on and will have to make arrangements for transport home if necessary – as per final GCSE exams
Art exams will be in be in the art room. The group has been split in two – HF to circulate list of names of students in group A and B.
Exams will be finished by lunchtime on Tuesday 29th June. Normal lessons will resume period 5 on this day. |
